Facilities
We scout and secure meeting sites at convenient locations with all facilities required for the size and type of meeting. We not only book hotel accommodations for all attendees but also we take care of separate express checking counter, taking care of your luggage, meals timings, special instructions , evening get together &etc. In a single word a perfect attentions towards your big and small needs.

Travel
We handle all the details of seat confirmation to and from the meeting on the most expeditious routes, and make sure all travel is carried out flawlessly.

Meeting Arrangements
In close consultation with the client, we schedule programs, oversee seating and security arrangements, install and operate audiovisual and other equipment, develop programs and other printed materials, coordinate food and beverage functions, and stand by to solve last-minute problems. These responsibilities extend to after-meeting functions, such as receptions and leisure-time activities.

Cost Control
Our concern for the bottom line extends from negotiating the best possible rates for facilities and travel arrangements in line with budget parameters, to full documentation for company accounting systems.

The Diwani-I-Am is the Red Fort's hall of public audience. Built of sandstone covered with shell plaster polished to look like ivory, the 80 x 40 feet hall is sub-divided by columns. The Mughal emperors would hold court here and meet dignitaries and foreign emissaries. The most imposing feature of the Diwqani-I-Am is the alcove in the back wall where the emperor sat in state on a richly carved and inlaid marble platform. In the recess behind the platform are fine examples of Italian pietra-dura work.
